Lakewood Commissary was designed by Steve Burton, founder of Tilford’s Wood Fired Pizza, a food truck. Steve wanted to design a commissary kitchen with a focus on food truck operators. As a food truck owner himself, he knew the challenges of operating in commissary kitchens that were designed for catering companies.
We Have Everything You Need
The Lakewood Commissary has everything a food truck operator would want: a very large prep area, plenty of dry storage, walk-in refrigeration, walk-in freezer, and of course a commercial kitchen with a double rack dishwasher, and roomy dish pit and a 1,300 pound ice maker.
